FREE SHIPPING FOR "US" CUSTOMERS:
For all orders exceeding US $85.00 net value we shall pay the *freight cost when shipped "UPS Ground" or via "US Mail" to all locations in the *USA. *PLEASE NOTE: Orders exceeding 4 lb in weight, or shipments destined for Alaska or Hawaii shall be billed at the actual shipping cost.
FOR OUR VALUED CANADIAN CUSTOMERS:
We recommend you use the US postal service to receive your order! All orders shipped to Canada via UPS Standard or USPS Service (Priority Mail) will be billed to the customer at the actual cost charged by either UPS or US Postal Service. PLEASE NOTE: We shall not be responsible for any duties, sales tax or brokerage fees that may occur when shipping your order to Canada.

MINIMUM ORDER SIZE:
Unfortunately, we no longer can offer individual Polishing Stones. All Boride Polishing Stones are only available in full box QTY's. A freight charge of US $8.50 will be applied to all orders below $85.00 net value (not exceeding 4 pounds) when shipped (within the *USA) via USPS (Priority Mail) or UPS ground. *Orders exceeding 4 lb in weight, or shipments destined for Alaska or Hawaii shall be billed at the actual shipping cost.
DELIVERIES: Your order receives our immediate attention! Orders that originate in North America will be shipped the same day (or the next day) by the carrier of your choice. If for whatever reason we cannot make "same or next day shipment", we shall advise an approximate ship date. The cost of "next day air" or "second day air", etc. will be added to all credit card, C.O.D. and open account orders unless other prior agreements have been established.
In addition to the USA and Canada we enjoy receiving orders from international customers worldwide. All orders from international locations are exported from the USA in accordance with United States Export Administration Regulations. Diversion contrary to U.S. law is prohibited. We cannot accept letters-of-credit, personal checks, or certified personal checks for foreign orders. NOTE: We will only consider accepting credit cards if the "Ship to Address and Name of the recipient" is the same as the "Billing Address and Name". You may also pay electronically and "wire" the funds to our bank. Please request the "electronic transfer of funds" information by e-mail. Upon placing numerous orders with us you may wish to establish an "open account status". For details of a distributor nearest you, send us your e-mail detailing your location and we shall promptly respond with the name/address of our distributors, a contact person, phone and fax numbers. Note: Working with a local distributor provides a certain level of service to you our valued customers that we as an on-line business do not offer. Meaning, the cost of transportation and the time involved for your local salesmen to visit you occasionally, the office and warehouse that may be near you and the presence of local inventory falls directly to the distributor that serves you. Thus, our distributors will not be able to provide the discounts that we offer on this site. We kindly ask for your understanding to make your buying decision based on these parameters. PAYMENT
ALL PRICES ARE LISTED IN US DOLLARS! There are several convenient payment options available to you: MasterCard, VISA, Discovery and American Express Card, check, money order or C.O.D. We also extend "30 day" credit to qualified customers, institutions and companies upon supplying a completed Credit-Application-Form. However, to avoid delaying shipment of your initial order, you may wish to charge the funds to your VISA, DISCOVERY or MASTERCARD. We apologize for being unable to process C.O.D. orders outside the USA.
SALES TAX
For domestic (USA) sales, we must collect state sales tax for certain states as required by law! If you have a valid sales tax resale-number and/or a tax exempt number, you may not have to pay local state sales taxes. Please fax your Sales-Tax-Exemption form and we will not charge local state taxes.

GUARANTEE
Every sale carries our guarantee of complete satisfaction. Whether it is a matter of quality, service, or price. No transaction is ever considered complete unless there is satisfaction in every aspect of your purchase. We guarantee our products to fulfill our representation when given normal and proper usage. Claims that our products do not meet our representation must be made within one month after receipt of goods. The use of the product must be discontinued immediately after it is found unsatisfactory. We will not be responsible for products that have been tampered with.
NOTE: Our warranty does not apply to products that have been used improperly or have been subjected to misuse, including rust or oxidation, neglect, accidents, or modification, or which have been installed or altered and are not capable of being measured and tested.
PRODUCT LIABILITY
Warranty obligation for products that prove to be defective within 90 days of purchase shall be limited to either replacement of the goods, or to a refund. MoldShopTools gives no warranty either expressed or implied and specifically disclaims all other warranties. In no event shall MoldShopTools liability exceed the buyer's purchase price nor shall MoldShopTools be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
FREIGHT DAMAGE
If you receive merchandise that has been damaged in transit, it is important to keep the shipping carton, packing materials, and items intact. Please contact our Customer Service Department to initiate a claim and a replacement order.
RETURN POLICY
MoldShopTools will accept merchandise returns and will either replace the product or refund your money if you are not 100% satisfied. Please contact our Customer Service Department to obtain a Return Authorization Number. All returns should be made within 10 days of date of invoice and should be accompanied by the invoice number.
- Return freight charges must be prepaid. C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.
- Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging and in resalable condition.
- Items returned to us due to customer error may be subject to a restocking charge. Special items are not returnable.
- Defective items can be returned within 10 days of invoice date
Please write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box then send your return to point of purchase.
DELIQUENT CHECK POLICY
If a check is remitted as payment that is dishonored by the institution that it is drawn on, you agree to pay MoldShopTools $25.00 as a service fee (if the check cannot be re-deposited). In addition, you agree to pay any other reasonable charges imposed by any check verification company or collection agency that MoldShopTools may use for collection of the funds.
