Air operated Filing Machines - UltraLap & TurboLap Die Profilers a favorite among polishing craftsmen for work on medium to small sized jobs. These time-saving tools reciprocate from 22,000 up to 50,000 strokes per minute (depending on the model) with minimal noise and vibration. Just connect these cost effective machines to your clean, dry air supply for full shift operation. All models can be used with our Ceramic Stones, regular small Polishing Stones or Diamond Files. Note: UltraLap's also work well for deburring operations, quickly removing sharp edges and burs from machined & die-cast parts. NOTE: For stroke length greater than .7mm, select UltraLap series UR-120 (1.2mm) and UR-300 (3.0mm). SOLD ONE UNIT EACH.
