Ceramic Super Diamond Polishing Stones outperform all other ceramic polishing stones when finishing or polishing premium tool steel with a hardness ranging from 50 to 67 RC. This superior performance is achieved using virgin diamond grains that are uniformly dispersed throughout the ceramic body of the stone. Unlike other ceramic stones which remove metal only when held on a slight angle, Ceramic Super Diamond Stones will cut and polish in a flat position, on the side  or at the ends, making all faces abrasive. The relative small size of these stones makes them ideal for polishing slots, ribs and other tight areas. Ceramic Super Diamond Stones may be used by hand, with Die Profilers, Ultrasonic  Polishing Machines or with our very popular "air operated" UTR type filing machines.
