Miniature End, Cup & Wheel Polishing Brushes with Bristle, Brass or Stainless Steel Fill are precision manufactured (made in USA) for balanced rotation. We use the finest, black and very stiff "Chungking" bristles for our "hard" brushes. "Soft" brushes are made from fine "Goat or Horse Hair". Our "Brass" brushes consist of .003" & .005" dia "crimped" or "straight" wire. The "steel" & or "stainless steel" wire-fill brushes are made mostly with .005" dia. wire for extra strength.
While hard and then soft natural bristle brushes are perfect for "final" diamond polishing, the "wire-fill" brass or steel brushes work well with coarse grain diamond compounds for finishing surfaces that require a less perfect polish. Steel or stiff brass brushes are also frequently used for light cleaning or deburring work. ALL BRUSHES ARE PRICED ONE EACH AND SOLD IN BAGS OF 3, 12 OR 144 PIECES.
