BLIND-HOLE or TROUGH-HOLE Brass Laps  can be used to "lap" drilled holes to extreme close tolerances. To lap a hole, increasingly expand the lap by means of the adjusting screw (while lapping/honing) until the desired "inside diameter" is accomplished.  Use diamond compound when lapping pre-hardened tool steel.  For  regular "untreated" steel types use "aluminum oxide" or "silicon carbide" lapping compound.  Laps are available in sets or as an individual lap assembly. You may also elect to purchase individual service parts (shanks, lap cylinders & adjusting screws). PRICED AND SOLD 1 UNIT EACH!
